1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Evolvelope, including our website, AI email-writing tools, saved email features, account services, and paid subscriptions.

By creating an account or using Evolvelope, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Evolvelope. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use Evolvelope only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Evolvelope is not intended for children under 13.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You may not use another person's account without permission, share access in a way that compromises account security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Evolvelope or another user's account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly at hello@evolvelope.com.

4. Evolvelope's AI Email Tools

Evolvelope uses artificial intelligence to help generate, rewrite, shorten, adjust, and improve email drafts based on information you provide.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain mistakes, inaccurate information, inappropriate wording, or other unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any generated email before sending or relying on it.

Evolvelope does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or appropriate for every recipient or situation.

5. Your Content

You retain your rights in the information and content that you submit to Evolvelope.

You give Evolvelope permission to process your submitted content as necessary to provide the service, including generating AI responses, saving emails you choose to store, providing account features, preventing abuse, and operating the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any information you provide to Evolvelope.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Evolvelope to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, impersonate another person, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access to systems, deceive people through fraudulent communications, harass or threaten others, or interfere with the operation or security of Evolvelope.

You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, authentication systems, subscription restrictions, or other technical protections used by Evolvelope.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Evolvelope, our service providers, or others from abuse, fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity.

7. Free Plan

Evolvelope may offer a Free plan with a limited number of AI-generated emails or other usage restrictions each month.

Free-plan features and usage limits may change over time. Current limits will be displayed within Evolvelope.

8. Evolvelope Pro

Evolvelope Pro is a paid subscription that provides higher monthly usage limits and may include additional premium features.

The current subscription price, billing frequency, included features, and usage limits are displayed before you complete checkout.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided at the beginning of each billing period until the subscription is canceled.

9. Billing and Payments

Payments for Evolvelope Pro are processed by Stripe. Evolvelope does not directly process or store your complete payment-card details through the Evolvelope application.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and for any applicable charges associated with your subscription.

Taxes may be charged where required by applicable law.

10. Canceling a Subscription

You may manage or cancel an Evolvelope Pro subscription through the subscription-management tools available from your Evolvelope account.

The effective date of a cancellation and any remaining subscription access will be shown through the applicable billing-management system.

Canceling a subscription does not delete your Evolvelope account.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

12. Changes to Plans and Pricing

We may change plan features, usage limits, or pricing in the future.

Where required, we will provide notice before a change to a paid subscription takes effect.

13. Third-Party Services

Evolvelope relies on third-party providers to operate parts of the service, including providers for artificial intelligence, authentication, databases, payments, hosting, and transactional email delivery.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, service availability, and technical limitations.

14. Evolvelope Intellectual Property

Evolvelope and its associated branding, design, website, software, interfaces, and other service materials are owned by Evolvelope or its applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Evolvelope's software, branding, trademarks, or other proprietary materials.

15. Service Availability

We work to keep Evolvelope available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Evolvelope may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software changes, outages, security issues, or circumstances involving third-party service providers.

16. Changes to the Service

Evolvelope may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features as the service develops.

We may also introduce new Free or paid features and change existing usage limits where appropriate.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Evolvelope at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, security threats, nonpayment of applicable fees, or conduct that harms Evolvelope or others.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue before termination.

18. Disclaimers

Evolvelope is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Evolvelope is a writing-assistance tool. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other specialized advice.

You remain responsible for deciding whether an email or other generated content is appropriate to send or use.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evolvelope will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Evolvelope changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required.
